Check-in at all our lodges is contactless and convenient via our self check-in with access code. Flexibility is the name of the game and this means you can arrive stress-free whenever it suits you and you are not tied to any specific time – after all, you are on holiday! Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodations.

Standard facilities in all our accommodations include:

• Free and powerful Wi-Fi
• Fresh bed linen and fluffy towels
• Dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, sponge, kitchen towels and bin liners
• Condiments box with salt, pepper, cooking oil and vinegar
• Soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer

Dogs are welcome in most of our accommodations and parking is available in the immediate vicinity. In many places, you can order bread rolls or even an exquisite breakfast service from a local baker in the vicinity of your accommodation for an additional charge. You’ll find separate storage rooms for bicycles and ski equipment in many of our accommodation units. Laundry facilities are also available in most holiday apartments.

The environment is close to our hearts

We want this wonderful alpine region to be worth visiting for many years to come and to preserve the beautiful flora and fauna of the mountains for future generations. Environmental protection and sustainability on the one hand and an unforgettable holiday on the other are not mutually exclusive!

Naturally, there are bins available in each apartment for separating waste. Feel free to use the towels for as long as you like and therefore protect the environment. If you wish, you can of course get fresh towels at any time for an additional charge. A local laundrette takes care of washing the towels – after all, sustainability is important to us, whether it’s environmental or economical! So we only purchase from regional retailers and also always pay close attention to what is contained in our cleaning products.

As part of our concern for the environment, our entire booking process is completely paperless. Also, here’s the best thing about our fresh mountain air – we don’t need air conditioning at all in our region!

You will receive a convenient and beneficial guest card when you stay at any Steinbock Lodges accommodation – either for Zell am See or Uttendorf – from 1 May to 31 October. This entitles the holder to use public transport for free and is valid from the day of arrival up to and including the day of departure. Many attractions in the surrounding area can be reached quickly and easily by bus and train. Our region as a whole is fully aware of the importance of sustainability and we are proud that the people here all pull together!

The Salzburgerland Card is available as a bonus. With this card in hand, over 190 attractions throughout the entire province of Salzburg are free of charge. This includes cultural and entertaining family offerings as well as sports activities. As a special highlight, the SalzburgerLand Card includes either the 24-hour Salzburg Card for one day or a one-off trip on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road.

The SalzburgerLand Card is valid from 1 May to 2 November for six or twelve consecutive days. You can purchase the card before your holiday with Steinbock Lodges and download it digitally to your mobile phone. The SalzburgerLand Card is available at the tourist offices throughout the region or you can also get the card from the SalzburgerLand Card website.
